DRH asked: I have the UFC 42 DVD and can’t figure out who is singing the (hard rock/metal) song that is being played when Ken Shamrock first entered the octagon. Anybody know? I love that song and want to get it.

Aaron The Joker asked: I have seem the show, but never understood how an fighter wins the match.
I know a few knock out or can not go on in the match
Can anyone tell me other ways how a UFC fighter can win the match?
And do they give the fighter points for every punch and kick they hit? if so, how many are they worth?
One last question, can an UFC fighter win the match by holding the person he is fighting down on the ground long enough to win the match?

pavetGuy asked: In karate classes, they teach jump kicks. and in taekwondo too. The UFC dudes who try jump kicks always fail thus the UFC thinks jump kicks are a waste of time.
Then why Karate and Taekwondo and many eastern martial arts still teach them ..and i think they regard them as efficient.

Byakuya asked: Before you laugh and say zomg they’d get destroyed because wrestling is fake! think about it a minute. They are obviously very good athletes and even though what we see on TV is obviously fake, they must know a thing or two about wrestling.
Take John Cena. I’ve been studying martial arts for awhile, and I sure wouldn’t want to mess with him. I know he’d get beat by someone like Chuck Liddell, but I think he could hold his own against most UFC competators.
What do you think?

Michael S asked: Does anyone know the name of the song/music that is played during the UFC fights on pay per view. It is usually played before the next bout is ready to beging or when they are advertising upcoming bouts. It is a really dramatic sounding song. Sounds kind of like the music played in the passion of christ?
